Privacy policy

1. Data we collect
Request form: name, contact (email or Telegram), industry and task description, plus technical request data (IP address, page, language) for spam protection.
Telegram and email correspondence: whatever you choose to send.
Demo workspace: the Telegram ID you enter for a test report is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and used only to send that report on your request.
Site analytics: pseudonymous usage data (pages, referrer, device type) if Google Analytics 4 is enabled.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your request and preparing a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection).
Spam/abuse prevention and site improvement — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics cookies — only with your consent where required by law (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Cookies
Strictly necessary: workspace session cookies required to sign in.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*), up to 14 months. You can block them in your browser or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
No advertising or retargeting trackers are used.
4. Recipients
Telegram (delivering requests to the Contractor’s bot), Zoho Mail (email), Railway (hosting, EU/US), Cloudflare (CDN and security), Google (Analytics). Transfers outside the EEA rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
We never sell personal data or share it for third-party marketing.
5. Retention
Requests and correspondence: up to 24 months after last contact if no contract follows; otherwise for the contract term and statutory periods.
Technical logs: up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and receive your data in a portable format. Email [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your EU data protection authority.
7. Security
HTTPS, Cloudflare protection, rate limiting; requests are accessible only to the Contractor. Client workspaces are additionally protected by Cloudflare Access / VPN, password and TOTP.
8. Changes
The current version is always available on this page; material changes will be announced on the site.
